The grill island requires propane connection for the burners, 110V electrical for the refrigerator and ignition system, and water supply plus drainage for the sink. Most installations connect to existing outdoor utilities.
Allow at least 24 inches of clearance on all sides for safe operation and proper ventilation. The unit measures 82 inches wide by 23 inches deep, so plan your outdoor space accordingly.
The built-in refrigerator is designed for outdoor use and can maintain proper cooling temperatures in ambient conditions up to 100°F. Position the unit with some shade when possible for optimal efficiency.
The black granite countertops are sealed for outdoor use. Clean with mild soap and water, and reseal annually with granite sealer to maintain stain resistance and appearance.
